I Entered My Address Wrong! Can You Please Change It?
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change your order once you provide us with the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
If your shipping address is a remote address (confirmed by the logistics provider), then we will contact you to pay the additional remote shipping bill, otherwise, the package will not start shipping.
Of course, if you feel that the remote shipping cost is unaffordable, we will cancel your order and offer a 100% refund for you.
