Before your order is shipped, we have to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, total delivery time is different from shipping time alone.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (3-5 days) + Express Shipping Time (5-12 days)

All Bedding Sets are shipped via Yanwen shipping(10-20 days) by default. For rush bedding sets orders that need express shipping, please contact our customer service to add additional shipping fee.

You will be provided with a tracking number via email once posted. Please use your tracking number to follow the journey of your products and delivery dates. You can directly track in your order status if you register at www.florashe.com.

I Entered My Address Wrong! Can You Please Change It?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours, we can change your order once you provide us with the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully and enter the address in ENGLISH.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Remote Areas:

If your shipping address is a remote address (confirmed by the logistics provider), then we will contact you to pay the additional remote shipping bill, otherwise, the package will not start shipping.
Of course, if you feel that the remote shipping cost is unaffordable, we will cancel your order and offer a 100% refund for you.
